1. The service

DetailHub is subscription software for mobile car detailing businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the people you invite and keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• New businesses receive a free trial. When it ends, choose a paid plan to continue; otherwise the workspace becomes read-only.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades must fit the lower plan’s user limit.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and limit access until it succeeds.

4. Your customers and payments

You are responsible for your own services, prices, taxes, cancellation policy and dealings with your customers. Payments your customers make to you are processed by your own payment provider account; DetailHub is not a party to those transactions.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses’ data, upload unlawful content or send spam through DetailHub.

6. Data

You own your business data. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep DetailHub available and secure but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. You may stop using DetailHub at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
